增液承气汤保留灌肠辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效观察

目的：探讨增液承气汤保留灌肠辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法：将90例粘连性肠梗阻患者随机分为治疗组（45例）和对照组（45例），两组患者均采用常规西医保守治疗，对照组采用0．2％温肥皂水200mL低压灌肠，治疗组采用增液承气汤200mL保留灌肠，均为每日2次，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：两组患者在恶心呕吐消失时间、腹胀缓解时间、首次排便时间、完全经口进食时间等方面均具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：增液承气汤保留灌肠辅助治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Observation of Curative Effect of Treating Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction with Zengye Chengqi Decoction Through Retention Enema

Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of treating adhesive intestinal ohstruction with Zengye Chengqi Decoction through retention enema. Method： Ninety adhesive intestinal ohstruction patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=45） and control group （n=45）. All patients received standardized medical treatment. In control group, 0.2% soap water （200 mL） was used through enema and in treatment group, Zengye Chengqi Decoction （200 mL） was used through retention enema, hoth twice a day. The treatment effect of two groups was observed, Results： The durations for nausea and vomiting relief, for the ahdominal distension relief, for first defecation, for oral feeding restored in treatment group had significant difference as compared with those of the control group （P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Zengye Chengqi Decoction has definite therapeutic effect on adhesive intestinal obstruction through retention enema.
