| 摘 要： | 具有生肌作用的中药对皮肤损伤愈合疗效独特，其机理表现在调节创面免疫活性细胞功能、促进成纤维细胞生长等方面，中药纳米化是中药现代化前沿的创新成果，纳米技术应用于外用生肌中药，可改善传统中药的治疗效果，提高生物利用度，目前其制备技术趋于成熟，显示出良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Chinese herbs for repairing wound for external application has unique therapeutic effect in the treatment of skin injury. The mechanisms that express in regulation of immune cells activity, stimulating the growth of human fibroblast, and so on. Nanocrystallization of Chinese herbs was the innovative results in the modernization drive. Nanocrystallization of Chinese herb for repairing wound for external application can improve the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese herbs, enhance the bioavailahility. At present, the preparative technique drives to maturity stage and shows a good application prospect. |
