人参中可溶性蛋白质含量测定

摘    要:目的:研究人参中可溶性蛋白质含量测定方法。方法:以牛血清白蛋白为对照品,采用考马斯亮蓝比色法对可溶性蛋白质含量进行测定。结果:对照品浓度在33.4~167.0μg/mL范围内具良好的线性关系(r=0.9990),供试品溶液在60 min内稳定,平均回收率为99.74%,相对标准偏差为2.36%(n=5)。结论:本含量测定方法快速、准确,可为人参的品种选育、合理栽培和利用提供科学依据。

Determination of Soluble Protein in Ginseng

Abstract:Objective:To establish the content determination method of the soluble protein in ginseng. Methods : The reference substance was bovine serum albumin ( BSA ) and Bradford method was used in this research. Results : The linearity was fine when the reference substance concentration was between 33.4 pu g/mL to 167.0 bu g/mL ( r=0.9990 ). The stability of sample solution was within 60 minutes. The result of the average recovery test was 99.74% with the RSD of 2.36% ( n=5 ). Conclusion : This determination method established was quick and accurate, which may provide the scientific basis for the breeding, rational cultivation and utilization of ginseng.
