| 摘 要： | 肌张力增高是中风后的常见症状,多种中医疗法对此都有疗效。具体有针灸、火针、蜡疗、刺络拔罐、灸法、针刀、推拿等治疗方法,大多采用多种疗法综合使用配合康复治疗的模式;各种方法疗效不确切,无法比较,理论分歧较大,期待未来在病因及治疗理论、疗效评价标准等方面能统一规范,使中医疗法趋于完善。

| Abstract: | Hypermyotonia is the common symptom after stroke. Many kinds of therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has curative effect. There are acupuncture and fire-needle therapy, kerotherapy, venesection cupping, moxihustion, massage, needle-knife therapies. Most treatments are comprehensive use of rehabilitation model. Various method＇s curative effect is not exact and cannot be compared. Looking forward the etiology and treatment can make therapy of traditional Chinese medicine more perfect. |
