摘    要:手术是治疗实体肿瘤的最佳选择,切除肿瘤可以减轻机体肿瘤负荷,并清除肿瘤转移的主要来源。但近年来越来越多的研究表明原发肿瘤的切除实际上可能会促进肿瘤的转移和复发,其具体机制并不完全清楚,先后有很多理论试图解释这一现象,比如肿瘤稳态、免疫抑制,及最近提出的基于血管生成的肿瘤休眠学说等。目前认为肿瘤手术触发肿瘤血管生成是其主要原因之一。血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)作为最重要的血管生成因子,与血管生成有着密切的关系。因此探明VEGF与肿瘤手术之间的关系,及这一关系在围手术期的应用价值显得尤为重要。该文将对以上内容的研究进展进行讨论,以便为以后临床寻求更有效的治疗措施提供参考。

Abstract:Surgery is the best choice for the treatment of solid tumors, in order to reduce the tumor burden of the body, and clear the main source of tumor metastasis, tumor must be removed. But in recent years, a growing number of studies have shown that removal of the primary tumor may actually promote tumor metastasis, and the exact mechanism is not entirely clear. There have been many theories attempting to explain this phenomenon, such as tumor homeostasis, immune suppression and recently proposed tumor dormancy doctrine that based on the angiogenesis and so on. Most of people considered tumor angiogenesis triggered by tumor surgery as one of the main reasons. As the most important angiogenic factor, vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) is closely related to angiogenesis. And thus proving the relationship between VEGF and tumor surgery, and the application value of this relationship in the perioperative period are particularly important. To seek more effective reference for future clinical treatment, this paper will research the content of the discussed above.
