| 摘 要： | 肺动脉高压（pulmonaryhypertension，PH）病因比较复杂，发病机制不明确，借助于实验动物模型来研究临床中肺动脉高压的病因病机及指导临床治疗、预后，是比较安全的方法。该文旨在对目前有关PH的实验动物模型进行一次总结。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary arterial hypertension （ PH ） has complex etiology, and its pathogenesis is not clear. With the aid of experimental animal model, it was to study the pulmonary artery hypertension in the pathogenesis and clinical treatment and prognosis, which was a relatively safe method. The purpose of this paper is to present the experimental animal model of PH. |
