参芪益髓颗粒对抗环磷酰胺导致模型小鼠骨髓抑制作用研究

目的：观察参芪益髓颗粒对环磷酰胺（CTX）造模小鼠血象及骨髓象的影响。方法：通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺造模，观察本品对小鼠WBC、RBC、PLT、Hgb及骨髓增生情况的影响。结果：经参芪益髓颗粒大剂量治疗后，对WBC、PLT有明显的提升作用，与模型组比较，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；参芪益髓颗粒中剂量对RBC有提升作用，与模型组比较，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。参芪益髓颗粒大剂量具有对抗CTX导致小鼠骨髓抑制效果，与模型组比较，具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；参芪益髓颗粒大剂量能够明显升高胸腺、脾脏指数，与模型组比较，具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；参芪益髓颗粒中剂量对胸腺指数有提升作用，与模型组比较，具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：参芪益髓颗粒对CTX导致的骨髓抑制及其外周血细胞减少有一定的对抗作用，并能够提高免疫器官指数。

Study on Effect of Shenqi Yisui Granules on Myelosuppression in Model Mice Caused by Cyclophosphamide

Objective： To observe the effect of Shenqi Yisui Granules on hemogram and myelogram in mice molding by cyclophosphamide. Methods： The model mice were made by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, observing the effect on WBC, RBC, PLT, Hgb and bone marrow hyperplasia in mice. Results： The WBC and PLT were improved significantly after treated with Shenqi Yisui Granules with high dose. Compared with the model group, it showed statistical significance （P〈0.05 ） . Shenqi Yisui Granules with middle dose can increase the number of RBC, and compared with the model group, it showed statistical significance （P〈0.05 ） . Shenqi Yisui Granules with large dose showed antagonize effect against mice myelosuppression caused by CTX. Compared with the model group, it showed statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Shenqi Yisui Granules with large dose can significantly increase thymus and spleen index, and compared with the model group, it showed statistical significance （P〈0.01） . Shenqi Yisui Granules with middle dose improved thymus index, and compared with the model group, it showed statistical significance （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Shenqi Yisui Granules showed antagonize effect against mice myelosuppression caused by CTX and the decrease in peripheral blood cells, and it can improve the immune organ index.
