| 摘 要： | 《临证指南医案》为清代名医叶天士撰写，后由其门人华岫云等辑录整理而成的一部重要临床著作，其对于仲景的理论一脉相承，又独辟蹊径。该文兹其中“通”法发明，非作攻下通利讲解，通字须究其气血阴阳。在明确辨证的基础上，较好地运用“通”法，对于临床具体用于治疗便秘、胃脘痛、痹症、胸痹以及郁证具有重要的实践和指导意义。

| Abstract: | Guide to Clinical Medical Records, a masterpiece of YE Tianshi （ a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty ）, compiled by his followers HUA Xiuyun, was considered as a significant classic in clinic. It can be traced to the same origin with ZHANG Zhongjing＇s theory, but at the same time it develops a new style. This paper primarily focuses on the obstruction-removing therapy, exploring this therapy from qi, blood, yin and yang. Based on syndrome differentiation, the application of obstruction-removing therapy can he used to treat constipation, stomachache, Bi Syndrome, angina pectoris and depression syndrome, which has an important significance. |
