不同产地太子参多糖含量测定和对小鼠抗应激作用研究

摘    要:目的 :从不同产地太子参中提取多糖并测定其含量,探讨不同产地太子参的抗应激抗疲劳的药理作用。方法 :以葡萄糖为对照品,采用硫酸-苯酚法测定不同产地太子参的多糖含量。通过小鼠游泳实验、耐常压缺氧实验考察不同产地太子参的抗应激、抗疲劳作用。结果 :不同产地的太子参多糖含量有一定差异。太子参能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,在缺氧环境下能明显延长存活时间。结论 :太子参具有抗疲劳、抗应激作用,但与太子参多糖的含量无相关性。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the contents of polysaccharide in Radix Pseudostellariae from different growing areas, and to study the anti-stress function and anti-fatigue property of Radix Pseudostellariae from different habitats. Methods: Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide with glucose as reference substance. The anti-stress function of Radix Pseudostellariae was observed through anti-hypoxia experiments. The anti-fatigue effect was observed by measuring weight-loaded swimming time. Results : The contents of polysaccharide were different in Radix Pseudostellariae from different growing areas, but the contents of polysaccharides were higher in genuine growing areas. Radix Pseudostellariae could significantly extend the weight-loaded swimming time. It could also significantly prolong the breath time under hypoxia. Conclusion : Radix Pseudostellariae has remarkable anti-stress and anti-fatigue effect, but the contents of polysaccharides in Radix Pseudostellariae were not concerned.
