| 摘 要： | 古往今来,先贤们对衰老及抗衰老的机制研究有着丰富的认识,形成了众多衰老学说,如脾肾两虚学说,阴阳失调学说,痰瘀致衰学说等,但这些学说都侧重衰老已成后,故该文着眼于"人之衰老,肝为先导",尝试从肝的生理特质及病理特点,对衰老起始期进行初步探讨,从而完善祖国医学对衰老的认识,更好地为预防衰老、延缓衰老拓展研究思路。

| Abstract: | Throughout the ages, the theory of aging and anti-aging mechanism has developed greatly and formed a number of theories of aging, such as the spleen and kidney deficiency, yin and yang imbalance, phlegm and stasis, but these theories all focuse on aging. So this article focuses on the liver＇s role of leading ageing, trying to use the physiological characteristics and liver pathological to study the features of aging, in order to improve the understanding of aging based on Chinese medicine, do better for the prevention of aging and expand the area of aging. |
