针灸治疗血管性痴呆临床研究进展

近年来针灸作为治疗血管性痴呆的特色手段在临床上广泛应用,显示了独特的优势和良好的应用前景。该文通过检索回顾近年来针灸治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究概况,从不同针刺方法、灸法和针药结合等方面进行归纳评述,并总结针灸疗法优势和指出临床研究中存在的问题,为血管性痴呆的治疗及研究提供思路。

Clinical Research Progress of Treatment for Vascular Dementia with Acupuncture-Moxibustion

In recent years, acupuncture-moxibustion has been applied in clinic more and more widely as the characteristic treatment for vascular dementia （ VD ）, which has been manifested the unique advantage and good application prospect. The articles used literature retrieval to rerospect clinical experience of VD treated by acupuncture and moxibustion so as to make a summarization and commentary on different methods of acupuncture, moxibustion and acupuncture conbined with Chinese herbs. And then the articles summarized the advantage of the treatment and analyzed the problems in clinic researches. The purpose was to provide elicitation in the treatment and researches of VD by acupuncture and moxibustion.
