论生活质量在女性压力性尿失禁中应用

目的：提高人们对生活质量评价的重视，望进一步完善SUI疗效评价体系。方法：主要从压力性尿失禁（SUI）的发病率、SUI对患者生活质量的影响、目前生活质量在SUI治疗中的应用等方面阐述生活质量在SUI中的意义及存在的问题。结果：在现代医学模式下，康复的定义已不仅仅局限在症状的改善上，对于SUI患者而言．生活质量的改善才是最终目标，生活质量评价不可或缺。结论：SUI严重影响患者的生活质量，生活质量在SUI疗效评价中是十分有意义的，但目前对于SUI尚缺乏相对完善的疗效评价体系。

Simple Analysis of Using Quality of Life in Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective： To improve the status of quality of life evaluation in peoples＇ opinion, hoping to complete the SUI system of evaluation of therapeutic efficiency further. Methods ： The significance of quality of life and the existent problems in SUI were elaborated from the main aspects including the morbidity of SUI, the influence of SUI on quality of life and the using of quality of life in the treatment of SUI. Results ： In modern medical model, the definition of recovery is not limited on the improvement of symptoms. For the patients with SUI, the ultimate aim is the improvement of quality of life, so quality of life evaluation is absolutely necessary in the treatment of SUI. Conclusions ： SUI seriously affects the sufferers＇ quality of life, and quality of life evaluation is extremely significant in the curative effect evaluation of SUI, otherwise the moment problem is that we lack a relatively perfect curative effect evaluation system.
