关节镜微创手术结合穴位注射、中药外治治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的：观察关节镜微创手术结合穴位注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将来我院就诊诊断为膝关节骨性关节炎的患者61例，随机分为治疗组31例，对照组30例。治疗组患者予以关节镜微创手术结合穴位注射治疗，对照组患者仅予以关节镜微创手术治疗，治疗后系统随访6个月。应用Lequsne疗效评定．goLysholm膝关节功能评分法评定临床治疗效果。结果：治疗后两组患者进行Lequsne疗效评定，与对照组相比，治疗组患者临床效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；在Lysholm膝关节功能评分上，治疗前两组患者评分未见统计学差异，治疗后3个月、6个月治疗组患者明显优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；治疗后6个月，两组间晌差异更加明显，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：采用关节镜微创手术结合穴位注射治疗膝骨性关节炎能够取得良好的效果，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical Observation of Combining Arthroscopy of Minimally Invasive Surgery with Point Injection to Treat Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of combining arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery with point injection to treat knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： 61 patients who were diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group contained 31 patients, and the control group contained 30 patients. The patients were treated by arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery with point injection in the treatment group, and the patients in the control group were treated by arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery only. All the patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment. The evaluation system of Lequsne and Lysholm was used to assess the effect. Resuhs ： On the system of Lequsne, the treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. On the system of Lysholm, the treatment group did not have a difference before treatment, but there was an obvious difference between them after 3 and 6 months, especially after 6 months. The patients＇ clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The method of combining arthroscopy of minimally invasive surgery with point injection to treat knee osteoarthritis could achieve good results, which possesses high clinical application value.
