| 摘 要： | 收集近年来针刺治疗失眠症的相关文献,进行分析、归类,总结出:单纯针刺法、针刺配合耳穴贴压法、艾灸法、推拿法等临床常见治疗方法,其中加强针感效应是各医家寻求提高疗效的一个重要途径。

| Abstract: | The collection of relevant literature of acupuncture treatment of insomnia in recent years was analyzed, classified and summarized： acupuncture, acupoint pressing method, acupuncture combined with auricular moxibustion, massage and other common clinical treatment method, which enhancing the needling sensation effect is the important way to improve the curative effect. |
