穴位敷贴治疗帕金森病平衡障碍的临床观察

目的:评估穴位敷贴治疗帕金森病(PD)平衡障碍的临床疗效。方法:将80例PD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用穴位敷贴治疗,观察周期为6个月。比较两组患者在试验前及试验6个月时Berg平衡量表评分及每周跌倒次数的变化。结果:试验6个月时,治疗组患者的Berg平衡量表评分显著高于对照组(P0.05),且两组试验前后评分差值比较其差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。试验6个月时,治疗组患者的每周跌倒次数明显少于对照组(P0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴结合西医常规疗法治疗PD患者,能够延缓患者平衡功能障碍的进展。

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application on Balance Impairment in Patients with Parkinson＇s Disease

Objective： To evaluate the effects of acupoint application on the balance impairment in patients with Parkinson＇s disease（ PD）. Methods： Eighty patients with PD were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 40） and control group（ n = 40）. All the patients were treated with conventional western medical therapy,and the patients in treatment group were treated with acupoint application in addition,with a course of six months. The scores of Berg balance test and the number of falls per week were observed before and six months after treatment. Results： Six months after treatment,the Berg balance test scores of treatment group were higher than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups on the D-value of the scores between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Six months after treatment,the number of falls per week in the treatment group was less than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Acupoint application combined with conventional western medical therapy can improve the balance impairment of patients with PD.
