渴消片制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的:筛选研究渴消片的生产工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量和干膏得率2个指标来研究药材提取工艺;通过多次试验的方法,来选择确定药材出粉率、膏粉干燥条件、制粒工艺及薄膜包衣的最佳条件。结果:渴消片最佳提取工艺条件是:加水量分别为8倍、6倍,提取2次,提取时间为3h和2h;膏粉干燥条件选择为70℃干燥4h;制颗粒所用乙醇为85%,包衣浆浓度为8%。结论:通过对渴消片生产工艺几个关键点的研究,确定了渴消片的生产制备工艺。

Abstract:Objective : To screen the best extraction technology of Kexiao Tablet. Methods : We studied the extraction technology of Kexiao Tablet by the content of astragaloside and the rate of herb dry extract. Through many times experiment, we determined the herbs flour yield, the drying condition of traditional Chinese medicine extract and powder, the best conditions of making granule and thin-film coating. Resuhs : The optimized process conditions were water 8 and 6 muhiples ; extraction for 2 times. The corresponding time was 180 min and 120 min. The drying condition of traditional Chinese medicine extract and powder was 70 ℃ ,4 hours. The content of ethanol of making granule was 85% and the coating liquid concentration was 8%. Conclusion : The production technology of Kexiao Tablet was set down by studying above key points.
