针刺配合循经筋拉伸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

目的：研究针刺配合循经筋拉伸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,并与传统针刺比较,评价针刺配合循经筋拉伸的功能锻炼方式治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效,探讨治疗膝骨性关节炎的最佳方案。方法：采用完全随机设计原则,将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,连续治疗4周,随访3个月,分别于治疗前后采用疼痛VAS评分和膝关节功能评分（JOA）比较,观察两种疗法的临床疗效并进行统计学分析。结果：治疗组治愈27例,好转2例,无效1例;对照组治愈23例,好转4例,无效3例。结论：针刺配合拉伸法治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛及改善功能方面效果较好。

Clinical Observation on Knee Osteoarthritis with Needling plus Stretching Treatment through Meridians Tendons

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of KOA with needling plus stretching treatment through the meridians tendons and to assess the efficacy of KOA with needling plus stretching treatment through the meridians tendons compared with the traditional needles and then conclude the best treatment. Method： 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to treatment group （ 30 cases ）and control group （ 30 cases ）by adopting the complete randomized design principles and continuously treating for 4 weeks and following up for 3 months and then adopting VAS pain score and knee function score （ JOA ） comparison before and after the treatment respectively to observe the clinical efficacy of the two therapies by statistical analyzation. Result： In the treatment group, 27 cases were cured, effective in 2 cases and no effective in 1 eases; in the control group,23 cases were cured, effective in 4 cases and no effective in 3 cases. Conclusion ： The efficacy of KOA with needles plus stretching treatment through the meridians tendons for relieving the pain and improving the funetion is effective.
