益气健脾方对化疗后骨髓及免疫功能影响

摘    要:目的:探讨益气健脾方对环磷酰胺化疗后骨髓抑制及免疫抑制的影响。方法:灌胃第11天:眼眶取血,进行血细胞分析;采用称重法测定胸腺、脾脏重量并计算脏器指数;腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的测定;NK细胞活性检测。结果:益气健脾方显著提高化疗小鼠胸腺指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和NK细胞活性。结论:益气健脾方具有促进骨髓细胞生长,提高机体免疫功能,抵御化疗所引起的骨髓抑制及免疫功能下降的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the effects of Yiqi Jianpi Recipe on bone marrow and immunity function after chemotherapy. Methods: 11 days after intragastric administration, blood samples were drawn from orbit for blood cell analysis. The weighing method was used for determination of the thymus and spleen weight and the viscera index was calculated. The abdominal macrophage phagocytosis was determined. The NK cell activity was detected. Results : Yiqi Jianpi Recipe can improve the activity of abdominal cavity macrophage phagocytosis and the NK cells of chemotherapy mice. Conclusion : Yiqi Jianpi Recipe can promote the growth of bone marrow cells, and improve the body's immune function, resist myelosuppression and the function of immune function decline caused by chemotherapy.
