清热利湿佐以温补肾阴加灸法治疗泌尿系统结石临床疗效观察

目的：通过临床试验观察清热利湿佐以温补肾阳加灸法治疗泌尿系统结石的临床疗效，为此病的治疗探索新途径。方法：全部入选病例均来源于上海中医药大学附属上海市中医医院贤内科门诊确诊为泌尿系统结石的患者。选取资料完整者，共63例，随机分为两组，治疗组32例和对照组31例。对照组给予石韦散治疗，治疗组给予石韦散加用鹿角霜、党参并在服药期间予以关元穴、太溪穴两穴温和灸。治疗周期为4周。统计学分析：采用SPSS19．0软件分析数据，计数资料用卡方检验，两组资料对照采用t检验。结果：经过治疗，治疗组总有效率为93．5％，对照组总有效率为64．5％，两组疗效比较有显著性的差异（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：（1）清热利湿、温补肾阳加灸法治疗泌尿系统结石的疗效确切，未见过敏反应和毒副反应；（2）清热利湿、温补肾阳加灸法的治疗方法具有整体调节优势，在有效减轻或消除症状、缓解疼痛的同时，增强了排石功效；（3）清热利湿、温补肾阳加灸法的治疗方法价格便宜，操作方便，简单有效，适于推广，患者较容易接受。

Clinical Observation of Clearing Heat and Promoting Diuresis with Warmly Invigorating Kidney Yang Adding Moxibustion in Treatment of Urinary Calculus

Objective： In order to understand the machaisim as well as to investigate a new methodology to treat urinary calculus, we observed and assessed the clinical effect of the TCM therapeutic regimen which can be named as clearing heat and promoting diuresis with warmly invigorating kidney yang adding moxihustion through the clinical trials. Methods： All cases were selected from outpatients who have been diagnosed as urinary calculus in nephrology department and general department in Shanghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We selected the complete data with a total of 63 patients and divided them into 2 groups randomly, 31 in treatment group and 31 in control group. Both groups accepted the treatment of Shiwei Powder. At the same time 2 more medicinal materials Cornu Cervi Degelatinatum and Codonopsis pilosula were added in the TCM medicine decoction and mild moxibustion at Guanyuan and Taixi was given to the control group during the treatment. Both groups were treated for 28 days. SPSS was applied for the data analysis. Attributes data was analysised by chi-squre test. The comparison of effective proportion in treatment and control group was analysed by t-test. Results： After treatment, the overall effective percentage of treatment group was 93.5% while the percentage of control group was 64.5%. There was a significant difference between treatment and control groups in statistics （ P〈0.05 ）, indicating the therapeutic regimen of treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion： （ 1 ）The overall effective percentage in the group of clearing heat and promoting diuresis with warmly invigorating kidney yang adding moxibustion was 93.5%. （ 2 ）The treatment of clearing heat and promoting diuresis with warmly invigorating kidney yang adding moxibustion has a stronger ability of removing urinary calculus in the kidney and eliminating or releasing the symptom as well as the pain at the same time. （ 3 ） The treatment of clearing heat and promoting diuresis with warmly invigorating kidney yang adding moxibustion can be easily accepted and popularized by the patients because it＇s effective and easy-handling with cheap price.
