糖尿病是危害人类健康的常见病、多发病,脑卒中在人类死亡原因中排第3位,且发病趋势仍在上升。糖尿病患者合并脑卒中的发病率较非糖尿病患者显著增加,越来越成为一个公共卫生问题,其高致残率、致死率严重降低了患者的生存质量,也给家庭和社会造成了巨大的负担。该文通过总结糖尿病合并脑卒中的临床表现特点,分析中西医致病原因,概括当前主要治疗措施,以提高糖尿病合并脑卒中的诊疗效果。

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Stroke

Diabetes is a common disease which threatens to human health. Stroke ranks the third place of death causes and is still on the rise. The incidence of diabetic patients with stroke is much more higher than non-diabetic patients which makes it become a more public health issues. Its high morbidity and mortality reduce the quality of patients＇ life severely and cause a huge burden to families and society. The paper summarized the characteristics of clinical manifestations of diabetes with stroke and analyzed the causes of both western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and refined the current major therapeutic measures, aiming to develop the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients with stroke.
