逍遥散加减治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床观察与分析

目的:观察逍遥散加减治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予逍遥散加减治疗,对照组给予按摩手法治疗,均治疗1个月,对比观察临床症状积分和疗效,并于治疗结束后1个月统计分析远期疗效。结果:观察组总有效率85.43%,远期疗效为82.45%;对照组总有效率85.57%,远期疗效为72.19%。观察组远期疗效优于对照组,P0.05。结论:逍遥散加减治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效确切,且远期疗效优于按摩手法治疗。

Clinical Observation of Xiaoyao Power in Treatment of Third Lumbar Vertebra Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective ： To observe the effects of Xiaoyao Powder in treating third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods ： 60 cases of the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated by Xiaoyao Powder and control group treated with massage therapy for 1 month. The clinical symptoms and curative effect and long-term outcome after 1 month treatment were observed and analyzed. Resuhs ： The total effective rate of observation group was 85.43% and the long-term curative effect was 82.45%. The control group＇s total effectiveness was 85.57% and the long-term efficacy was 72.19%. Long term effect of observation group was better than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion ： The syndrome curative effect of Xiaoyao Powder for the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process is good and the long-term curative effect is better than that of massage therapy.
