车前子中苯乙醇苷化合物抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:采用PCL和FRAP两种不同的抗氧化活性体外评价体系,对车前子80%乙醇提取物以及从中分离得到的两个苯乙醇苷单体化合物,麦角甾苷和异麦角甾苷的抗氧化活性进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:车前子80%乙醇提取物,麦角甾苷和异麦角甾苷都具有良好的抗氧化活性,而且证明车前子80%乙醇提取物的抗氧化活性主要来自这2个化合物的贡献。

Antioxidant Activities of Phenylethanoid Glycosides from the Seeds of Plantago psyilium L.

Abstract:Plantago psyllium L. seeds were extracted with 80% ethanol. Two predominant phenylethanoid glycosides, aeteoside and isoaeteoside were isolated from the 80% ethanol extract. The crude extract and the two phenolic compounds were subjected two different methods, i. e. the photochemiluminescent (PCL) assay and the ferric reducing/antioxidant power assay(FRAP) , for the evaluation of its antloxidant activity. Both the erode extract, acteoside and Isoaeteoside showed stronger activity in these two methods. The two major phenylethanoid glycosides were considered the major contributors to the antioxidant activity of P. psyllium, and the results from the two methods are new.
