中西医结合治疗前部缺血性视神经病变23例疗效分析

目的:观察中西医结合治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的临床效果。方法:根据辨证将前部缺血性视神经病变分为3型即气滞血瘀型、阴虚阳亢型及气血两虚型,分别采用明目地黄汤加减、血府逐瘀汤和逍遥散加减、知柏地黄汤合天麻钩藤饮加减、人参养荣汤加减配合针灸治疗及西医常规治疗。结果:23例33眼经治疗后治愈14眼、显效10眼、有效7眼、无效2眼,总有效率为93%。结论:中西医结合是治疗前部缺血性视神经病变的一个有效方法。
