中医特色疗法治疗前列腺增生症

介绍治疗前列腺增生症的一种中医特色疗法,是中医的综合性外治方法。包括灸法——火龙灸法,透皮给药;经肛门直肠黏膜给药;前列腺及肛管黏膜手法按摩。本组46例显效25例,有效17例,总有效率91.3%。42例治疗后前列腺均有不同程度回缩。IPSS平均减少9分,泌尿症BS平均减少2.8分,平均治疗25天。该方法基于中医传统理论,将火龙疗法(或可称为现代灸法)创造性应用于治疗难治性疾病前列腺增生症。通过施灸温通任脉、督脉,扶正祛邪,消瘀散结,改善前列腺局部的微循环和代谢。灸后透皮给药,肛门注药,有利吸收。手法按摩亦有独到之处。

A Special Therapy of Chinese Medicine in Treating Prostate Hyperplasia

This article is to introduce a special therapy of Chinese medicine in treating Prostate hyperplasia. It is a comprehensive external therapy,including acupuncture（ Fire Dragon therapy）, trans-dermal therapeutic system, applying medicine via the mucous membrane of anus rectum and massage method for the mucous membrane of prostate and anus. Among 46 cases, there are 25 cases with notable effect and 17 cases with effect,accounting for 91.3% of all the cases. The prostates of 42 patients have shrunk to some extent after treatment. The IPSS （the international prostate symptom score）decreased on average by 9 ,and BS of urinary symptoms by 2. 8. The patients have been under treatment for 25 days. This therapy is based on the theories of traditional Chinese Medicine, applying creatively Fire Dragon therapy （also called modern aeuptmcture）to treating prostate hyperplasia, hard to be cured for long time. By acupuncture, Renmai （ Conception Vessel） and Dumai （ Governing Vessel） get through, resulting in improving health and getting rid of gores and tumours, so that the circulation of blood and metabolizing in prostate can be improved.Applying medicine via trans-dermal system and anus, complete with particular massage afterwards, promotes the effect.
