肝硬化疗效评价指标体系研究

目的:初步建立起中医药治疗肝炎后肝硬化疗效评价指标体系,并在此基础上,探索出一套建立有中医特色的临床疗效评价指标体系的方法。方法:本研究采用Delphi专家咨询法建立指标体系,通过问卷调查的方式,对符合遴选标准的36位来自5个省市的相关专家,分两轮开展专家咨询。运用统计学分析及结合专家意见对指标进行筛选;采用Delphi法和百分权重法计算指标的权重系数。结果:确立包含3个层次共52项中医药治疗肝炎后肝硬化疗效评价指标,其中传统的中医证候指标、传统西医疗效指标、生存质量指标和并发症的发生率4项一级指标的权重系数分别为0.2649、0.2602、0.2354和0.2395。结论:初步建立了肝炎后肝硬化疗效评价指标体系,该体系包括中医证候疗效指标、传统西医疗效指标、生存质量指标和并发症的发生率等4个方面。且在此次研究中专家积极可靠,指标筛选过程比较规范,指标比较全面、可靠,可用于实践进一步检验与完善。

Study on the Establishment of the Evaluation Index System of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Hepatitis Cirrhosis

Objective ：This study is expected to construct as scientific system of outcome assessment indexes of Cirrhosis of liver after hepatitis, and find a proper way to construct a clinical outcome indicator system with TCM characteristics. Methods ： This study used a literature review,expert argument, Delphi expert advice of the establishment of indices. , to meet the selection criteria of 36 from five provinces and cities in the relevant experts, carried out two rounds of expert advice. According to indicators of the importance and feasibility of central tendency and dispersion trend statistics,with expert advice on the selection indicators, Useing the Delphi method of calculating the weight percent of the index weighting factor. Results ： An evaluation system that consisted of 3 hierarchies and 52 basic indexes was established in the final. The weight of the first grade indexes, namely symptom of Chinese medicine index,imagelogy index and living quality guidline were 0. 3459,0. 3390and 0. 3151, respectively. Conclusion：The experts were active and professional,and the process of indicator system development was normative. Therefore, the indicator system was comprehensive and reliable to be further tested and improved in the practice.
