益气补肾法对乳腺癌患者外周血肿瘤免疫因子的影响

目的:观察益气补肾法对绝经后乳腺癌患者的生存质量及临床症状的影响,探讨其对乳腺癌免疫功能的调节作用。方法:采用前瞻性、随机、平行对照研究方法,将60例经西医治疗后的绝经后乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),从乳腺癌患者生存质量和主要临床症状方面评价临床疗效;同时观察治疗前后外周血中CD4+CD2+5调节性T细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群和NK活性以及细胞因子IL-10、IL-2表达的水平变化。结果:(1)治疗组生存质量改善情况明显优于对照组。(2)治疗组对神疲乏力、潮热、饮食、大便以及腰膝酸软症状的改善明显优于对照组。(3)与对照组相比,治疗组可降低外周血CD4+CD2+5Tr、IL-10、CD8+水平和提高IL-2、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值以及NK细胞活性水平。结论:(1)益气补肾法能够明显改善绝经后乳腺癌患者的临床症状,提高生存质量。(2)益气补肾法通过双向调节细胞因子网络,达到增强免疫活性、干预免疫逃逸、恢复机体免疫监视的作用,这可能是本方治疗乳腺癌的机制之一。

Clinical Study of Method Yi Qi Bu Shen on Peripheral Blood Lmmune Factor for Postmenopausal Patient with Breast Cancer

Objective ： The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effects of Method Yi Qi Bu Shen in relieving the symptoms and improving the Quality of Life for postmeno - pansal patient with breast cancer and to regulate the immunomodulation of the formula. Methods ： The study was a perspective randomized parallel control trail. 60 patients were randomized divided into a treatment group （ n = 30） and a control group （ n = 30）. The quality of life and main symptoms were observed to evaluate the clinical curative effect. The level of Peripheral blood CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Tr ,lymphocyte subset , NK cell in peripheral blood and the expression of serum IL - 10,IL -2 were observed before and after the treatment. Results： （ 1 ）The Quality of Life improved significantly in the treatmetl group. （2） The main sym -ptoms such as lassitude and fatigue,feverish sensation,diet discomfort,stool disorders, soreness and weakness of the lions and knees were relieved more obviously in the protocol group. （3） Corn -pared with the control group,the level of CD4^＋CD25^＋Tr,IL- 10.CD8^＋ was lower in the treatment group,while the level of IL-2.CD3^＋,CD4^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and NK cell was higher in peripheral blood. Conclusion： （1）Method Yi Qi Bu Shen could relieve the main symptoms and improve the Quality of Life in postmenopansal patient with breast cancer. （2） It might be the mechanism on treating the breast cancer that Ru Yan Fang could regulate the immunomodulation and rebuild immunosurveillance by double regulating the cytokine network of the patient.
