摘    要:目的 探讨海马及皮层神经元细胞膜上快速失活钾通道的特性。方法 急性分离大鼠海马及皮层神经元;利用whole-cell膜片钳技术记录IA电流。结果 海马神经元上的IA通道电流幅度较皮层神经元大、潜伏期短。结论 海马神经元与皮层神经元上的IA电流特征存在差别。

Abstract:Objective To study the characteristics of voltage-gated fast-inactivating K channel(IA)in hippocampal neurons and cerebral cortical neurons.MethodsAfter rat hippocampal or cerebral cortical neurons were isolated by pronase E,the IA currents were recorded by whole-cell patch clamp technique.ResultsThe amplitudes of IA currents were larger in hippocampal neurons than in cerebral cortical neurons,while the latent periods were shorter in hippocampal neurons than in cerebral cortical neurons.ConclusionThe characteristics of IA currents are different between hippocampal neurons and cerebral cortical neurons.
