火焰原子吸收法测定滤膜中镍的不确定度评估

摘    要:目的:给出火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定滤膜中镍的测量不确定度。方法:不确定度的主要来源为标准物质的不确定度,标准曲线的不确定度,以及测量重复性引起的不确定度,计算出各种不确定度分量并将其合成,以计算出滤膜中镍测量结果的不确定度。结果:按数学模型计算滤膜中镍的浓度为17.21μg/张,扩展不确定度为0.55μg/张,结果表达为17.21±0.55μg/张。结论:该方法适用于火焰原子吸收法测定滤膜中镍的不确定度评定。

Abstract:Objective:To find the measurement uncertainty of determination nickel in filter membrance.Methods:The main sources of the combined uncertainty were considered,such as stand solution uncertainty,stand curve uncertainty,uncertainty induce by repeatablity of measurements.The components of uncertainty and the combined uncertainty were calculated.Results:The concentration of the nickel in filter membrance was 17.21μg calculated according to mathematical model established in the present study,expanded uncertainty was 0.55μg,and the expression of the uncertainty was(17.12±0.55)μg.Conclusion:This method can be used for evaluation of uncertainty of determinatiion of nickel in filter membrance by FASS.
