| 摘 要： | 目的运用老年保健效益指数(GEI)分析老年性疾病对老年早死的影响。方法对宁波市2002—2005年居民病伤死亡报表和数据库进行统计,分析不同病种、不同性别的老年保健效益指数。结果4年间总死亡的GEI为0.64,女性高于男性。呼吸系病的GEI最高,损伤中毒和泌尿生殖系病、恶性肿瘤和传染病的GEI居后4位。从具体疾病看,交通事故、自杀、肝癌以及病毒性肝炎的GEI较低。结论需针时GEI较低的疾病加强中青年保健工作。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of senile diseases on "early death" of old people with GEI. METHODS The death reports and database in Ningbo from 2002 to 2005 were used to analyze GEI on the basis of different diseases and sexes. RESULTS The GEI of total diseases was 0.64 during the past 4 years,with which of the female was higher than that of the male.The respiratory system disease had the highest GEI.Injury,urogenital system disease,malignancy and infectious disease were the bottom four diseases of GEI in the top ten diseases of mortality.The GEI of traffic accident,suicide,liver cancer and viral hepatits was low. CONCLUSION Health care for the young and the middle age should be enhanced on the diseases of low GEI. |
