摘 要: | 运用RIMEK桌面感应压片系统考察主压力对不同处方对乙酰氨基酚片各项质量指标的影响,筛选粘合剂并优化其用量。结果表明,以2%PVPK29/32为黏合剂的处方最佳,在较宽的主压力范围内片剂硬度合格,脆碎度最小,崩解时间最短,溶出最完全。

Abstract: | Effects of the main pressure controlled by RIMEK tablet compression system on the quality of acetaminophen tablets containing different kinds and amount of adhesive were investigated. The results indicated that acetaminophen tablets prepared within the range of the studied main pressure with 2 % PVP K29/32 as the adhesive was the best one among the prepared products. Tablets prepared with optimized formulation were characteristic of qualified hardness, least friability, shortest disintegration time and most complete dissolution. |
