男性出租车司机生命质量及其影响因素分析

目的 评价男性出租车司机生命质量状况,探讨影响生命质量的因素.方法 应用MOS SF-36健康调查量表对247名成都市男性出租车司机进行问卷调查.结果 男性出租车司机生命质量的各维度得分均低于四川省男性参考值(P＜0.05).工龄＜2年组的司机在躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、精神健康4个维度的得分高于工龄≥2年的司机(P＜0.05).不同收入组司机,除精力和社会功能2个维度之外,在其他6个维度得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).就餐有规律组与无规律组比较,生命质量8个维度的得分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 成都市男性出租车司机生命质量低于四川省城市男性平均水平;工龄、个人收入、就餐是否规律与该职业人群生命质量有关系.

Study on the Quality of Life of Male Taxi Driver and Its Influential Factor

Objective To estimate the quality of life of male taxi drivers,and discuss the factors which influence the quality of life. Method MOS SF-36 was used to assess the quality of life of 247 male taxi drivers in Sichuan Province. Results Each scale of the male taxi driver in SF-36 was lower than the reference value of male in Sichuan province. And the difference was significant(P<0.05). According to different length of service, it showed statistics significance in four scales, which were BP,GH,VT and MH(P<0.05). According to the different income, these taxi drivers were divided into three groups. It showed statistics significance in six scales,except VT and SF(P<0.05); According to the disciplinary repast,those who had a regular repast had higher scores in all eight scales than those who had not(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of male taxi drivers in Chengdu is lower than that of males in Sichuan at large, which has relationship with length of service,private income and disciplinary repast.
