螺旋CT三维重建技术在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值

目的 探讨8层螺旋CT三维重建在中晚期结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾分析43例经过手术证实的结直肠癌病例，术前均进行平扫和三期扫描，所有病例均进行三维重建。将CT显示的影像特征与手术证实的结果进行对比分析。结果 CT诊断肿瘤的浆膜层浸润准确率94．59％（35／37），淋巴结转移准确率76．92％（10／13），远处脏器转移准确率61．54％（8／13），显示肿块准确率100．00％（43／43），显示供血血管准确率100．00％（24／24）。结论 8层螺旋CT三维重建可以较好的显示病灶及病灶与周围脏器的关系，为外科手术治疗提供独特的信息。

Application of 3-dimensional reconstruction with spiral CT in the diagnosis of colonic neoplasm

Objective To investigate the value of 3-dimensional （3D） reconstruction with 8-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of middle and late stages of colonic neoplasm. Methods Plain scan, 3-phase contrast enhanced scan and 3-D reconstruction were retrospectively performed in 43 cases with pathologically proved colonic neoplasm and the date were analyzed. The CT characteristics were compared with the result of the surgical operation confirmation. Results The diagnostic accuracy of tumor invasion to serous membrane with CT was 94.59% （35/37）, lymphatic metastasis 76.92%（10/ 13）, metastasis of distant organ 61.54%（8/13）, local mass 100.00%（43/43）, and the blood-supply vessels for the tumors was 100.00%（24/24）. Conclusion The leision＇ s location and relationship with it＇ s surroundings can be shown more clearly by 3- dimensional （3D） reconstruction with 8-sfice spiral CT. which has diagnostic value for particularly providing valuable information for surgical therapy.
