| 摘 要： | Adiponectin is abundantly expressed in liver and skeletal muscles. It is found yet in pan-creatic 13 cells, adipose tissues, myocardium, monocytes, macrophages, bone-forming cells and placenta tis-sues. The expression of adiponectin is regulated by heredity, gender, race of people, agonists of peroxisomeproliferators receptors (PPARs), agonists of β-adnephrin, insulin and the volume of adipose. It is regulated by itself too. Adiponectin is concerned with type 2 diabetes,coronary arteriosclerosis and coronary heart dis-ease.
