| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉及颅内动脉进行脑梗塞高危人群防治的临床实用价值.方法:112例经CT、MRI检查确诊的脑梗塞住院患者,另外选择58例体格检查正常者为对照组.采用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)及经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对各组CDFI及TCD结果进行回顾性分析.结果:TCD检查结果:TCD对脑部血流供应不足的脑梗塞诊断有较明显优势.TCD对单支动脉狭窄所致脑梗塞也能早期进行诊断.CDFI检查结果:在TCD显示PI及RI增高,尤其是颅内动脉多处血流速度下降的病例当中,CDFI常表现为颈总动脉IMT增厚、粗糙且多伴有多发粥样斑块形成,两者有高度相关.结论:CDFI与TCD结果的综合分析可以对脑梗塞患者颅内、外动脉病变的形态学及血流动力学的改变进行客观的分析,对脑梗塞患者颅内、外动脉硬化病变的早期发现、早期治疗具有重要的临床意义.
