功能性消化不良的心理护理干预

目的探讨心理护理干预对功能性消化不良（FD）患者的影响。方法经汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）测定，将伴有焦虑或抑郁的136例FD患者随机分为对照组和护理组。对照组给予常规治疗，护理组在对照组的基础上加以心理护理干预。两组患者分别于治疗前和治疗4周后进行HAMA、HAMD评分。结果治疗4周后，护理组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论FD患者普遍存在焦虑或抑郁，心理护理干预对FD患者的疗效密切相关。

Functional indigestion of the psychological nursing intervention

Objective Explore mental nursing intervention on functional indigestion （FD） patients influence. Methods The Hamilton anxiety scale （HAMA） and Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） test, 136 patients with Anxiety or depression of FD patients were randomly divided into in the control group and care group. The control group given conventional treatment, Care group on the basis of the controls add psychological nursing intervention. Two groups of patients at treatment respectively before and after the treatment of 4 weeks HAMA, HAMD score. Results Four weeks after the treatments, nursing group compared with the controls a statistically significant, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion FD prevalent in patients with anxiety or depression, psycholog- ical nursing intervention on the curative effect of FD patients closely related.
