摘    要:腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation, LDH)是常见的慢性退行性疾病,与年龄、职业、外伤、环境等因素有关,患者症状多见腰痛、一侧或双下肢放射痛、间歇性跛行。目前腰椎间盘突出症仍多采用保守治疗,合谷刺法具有解痉止痛、激发经气的作用,在治疗腰椎间盘突出症上应用广泛。本文从腰椎间盘突出症的病因病机、合谷刺法理论基础、应用合谷刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床进展3个方面对相关文献进行梳理,阐述合谷刺法与腰椎间盘突出症的相关性,为腰椎间盘突出症的针刺治疗提供新的切入点,以期为腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗提供思路。

Abstract:Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH) is a common chronic degenerative disease, which is related to factors such as age, occupation, trauma, and environment. Patients often have low back pain, radiating pain in one or both lower extremities, and intermittent claudication. At present, lumbar disc herniation is still mostly treated conservatively. Hegu needling has the effect of relieving spasm and pain, stimulating menstrual qi, and is widely used in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. This paper sorts out the relevant literature from three aspects: the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation, the theoretical basis of Hegu needling, and the clinical progress of applying Hegu needling in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, expounds the correlation between Hegu needling and lumbar disc herniation, and provides a new entry point for acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation, in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
