加快乡镇卫生院信息化建设的策略研究

目的：探讨“十一五”时期安徽省乡镇卫生院信息化建设的基本策略。方法：社会评估和横断面调查相结合。结果：乡镇卫生院已普遍具有信息化意识和硬件基础，但建设进度与农村卫生事业发展要求不相适应；信息化建设中需要得到的首要支持是政府信息化建设专项投入；收费结算处和护理部等管理科室仍为当前信息化建设重点科室。临床业务科室信息化未引起足够重视；提高职工卫生信息管理技能是卫生院长信息化培训主要需求。结论：乡镇卫生院信息化建设资金以机构自筹为主，政府适度引导；重点加强在岗职工信息化培训，逐步形成专兼结合卫生信息队伍；全面推行信息化专项考核，落实信息化建设分级职责。
