摘    要:目的:观察组织工程化人工皮肤的超微结构特点。方法:制备组织工程化人工皮肤,超薄切片,透射电镜观察。结果:可见细胞间连接、张力细丝、透明角质颗粒和基底膜结构形成。结论:组织工程化人工皮肤在超微结构上与天然皮肤相近。

Abstract:Objective: To study the ultrastructure of artificial skin with cultured composite. Methods: The artificial skin was reconstructed by planting fibroblasts and keratinocytes onto the collagen sponge separately, and then, was cultured for six weeks. The ultrastructure was observed under electronic microscopes. Results:The results showed that the connection between keratinocytes, tension filaments, keratohyaline granules and basilar membrane had been formed in the cultured composite artificial skin. Conclusion:The artificial skin with tissue-engineered composite has a similar ultrastructure to natural skin.
