对某部军人生命质量影响因素研究

目的：找出影响军人生命质量的主要因素，为增进官兵生命质量提供参考依据。方法：用SF-36量表评价联勤某部1035名军人的生命质量，同时调查可能影响生命质量的个人特征、文化因素、社会经济及有无慢性病等情况。用t检验、方差分析和逐步回归对每一种影响因素分别分析，找出影响生命质量的主要因素。结果：单因素分析时，单位编制、单位居住地、年龄、军龄、性别、婚姻状况、慢性病、文化程度、职务、类别、经济收入等11种因素与生命质量的各领域均有关系。进一步多因素分析，在排除了各因素之间的相互影响后发现，对生命质量的主要影响因素是疾病和类别。结论：积极开展体能训练，注意慢性病的预防与控制；活跃边远地区部队官兵的文化生活；教育军官自觉维护家庭稳定，融洽官兵关系是提高联勤部队官兵生命质量的关键。

Factors Influencing Soldiers' Life Quality

Objectives: Find out the main factors which influence the life quality of soldiers in order to give reference to improving it. Methods:Use measure form SF-36 to appraise the life quality of 1035 soldiers in some unit of joint services, investigate individual character, cultural factor, social economics and chronic disease etc, which may affect life quality, and analyze each factor by T test, analysis of variance and gradual regression to find out principal ones. Results: When analyzing with single factor, life quality is influenced by eleven elements including authorized staff of unit, age, time for service, sex, marriage, chronic disease, education level, job, category and income; while considering all the factors and removing the mutual influence of each other, we find the disease and category are the most important factors.Conclusions: The key to improving the quality of troops is to develop physical stamina training, prevent and control the chronic disease; enrich officers and soldiers' cultural life of remote areas; Educate officers to consciously maintain their family stability and harmonize the relationship between officers and soldiers.
