| 摘 要： | 国内应用现代神经科学方法对针刺镇痛机理的研究表明:针刺信息要经过众多神经递质、神经肽的转换才能产生镇痛的效应,使针刺镇痛的研究建立在现代分子神经生物学基础上。已知神经肽种类多、分布广,且与神经递质共存,在体内保持动态平衡。它们除镇痛外,对机体的生理活动和疾病的发生发展起着调控作用。因此,如我们极其重视微观的神经肽研究进展与祖国医学宏观整体优势相结合,则在中医现代化方面将作出较大的贡献!

| Abstract: | Studies of the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia through the application of modern neuroscience methods show that the analgesia of acupuncture signals can be effected only through the transference of a whole batch of neurotransmatter or neuropep- tide(neuromodulator).Experimental studies have revealed that neuropeptide is of many kinds,widely distributed and coexists with neurotransmatter,thus keeping a dynamic balance in the human body.Neuropeptide regulates physiological actions and the production and development of diseases.Therefore,if we pay enough attention to the comdination of advances in the microscopic study of neur- opeptide with the macroscopic advantage of traditional Chinese medi- cine,we can make greater contributions to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. |
