南大附中学生营养性贫血与有关因素分析

摘    要:采用血液学指标(Hb、PCV和MCHC)、膳食调查、形态指标和尿VitC负荷试验调查了南大附中学生748名,结果显示:(1)学生营养性贫血患病率为54.23%(男生46.33%;女生63.01%),有性别差异(P<0.01);(2)中学生膳食结构基本合理;但早、中餐热量摄入偏低,晚餐热量偏高;(3)学生膳食中铁摄入量已达供给量的135.3%,但生物利用率较低;(4)贫血组与非贫血组的4小时尿中VitC水平无差异;(5)现时营养状况分析,营养正常、不良、超重和肥胖学生的贫血率有差异(P<0.05)。

Abstract:The prevalence of nutritional anemia and its dietary risk factors were studied in 748 students of the affiliated middle school of Nanjing university by the determination of Hb, PCV and MCHC, dietary survey, physical examination and urine vitamin C loading test. The resultsshowed: (1)The prevalence of nutritional anemia was 54. 23 % (males ,46. 33 % and females,63. 01 %), the differencebetween male and female students was significant (P < 0.01). (2) In appropriate food structure was found, breakfast and lunch supplied low level of energy, however, calorie provided by supper was sufficient.(3)Iron intake was adequate(reached to 135. 3% of RDA), but bioavailability of iron consumed was lower. (4 ) No singnificant defference was found in urine vitamin C level between anemia group and normal group. (5) There were significant differences in the prevalence of anemia among normal, deficient, over weight and obese children.
