淫羊藿总黄酮注射液对犬实验性心肌梗死的治疗作用

摘    要: 目的观察淫羊藿总黄酮(TFE)注射液对犬急性心肌梗死的治疗作用。方法采用麻醉犬冠状动脉前降支(LAD)两步结扎复制急性心肌梗死模型,心外膜电图测量∑ST和NST,心肌切片氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)染色计算心肌梗死范围,抽取静脉血测定血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)。结果5,10,15 mg·kg-1 TFE均能显著缩小心肌梗死范围,降低血清LDH活性和MDA水平,升高血清SOD活性。结论TFE对犬急性心肌梗死有较好的治疗作用,且起效快。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutical effect of total flavonoids of Epimedium(TFE) on experimental acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in dogs.METHODS The AMI models were produced by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD)in the anaesthetized dogs.The extent of myocardial ischemia was detected by epicardial electrocardiogram(EECG),and the myocardial infarct size was determined by NBT staining method.The activities of serum LDH,SOD and the content of serum MDA were measured.RESULTS In the AMI dogs treated with TFE by the way of intravenous injection,the degree of myocardial infarction(∑ST) and the extent of myocardialinfarction(NST) were improved obviously.The infarction range marked by NBT staining was decreased.The activity of serum LDH and the content of MDA were decreased.At the same time,the activity of serum SOD was increased significantly.CONCLUSION TFE has a therapeutical effect on acute myocardial ischemia caused by the ligature of LAD in dogs.
