二维及彩色多普勒在诊断不全流产中的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒(CDFI)在诊断不全流产中临床应用价值。方法我院自2001年1月-2004年4月间,应用二维及彩色多普勒诊断126例不全流产患者并进行总结分析,其中自然流产48例,人工流产18例,药物流产60例。结果子宫体积增大,形态尚规则,宫腔内可见不规则强回声团块53例,夸索状强回声团块40例,不规则低回声团块12例,宫腔内杂乱回声伴液性暗区21例。126例不全流产患者经清宫术后均被病理证实。结论二维及彩色多普勒在诊断不全流产中具有重要临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To assess the diagnostic value of 2D ultrasound and colour Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in incomplete abortion. Methods 126 patients with incomplete abortion were observed with two-dimensional ultrasound and colour Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) between January 2001 and April 2004,in which spontaneous abortion, 48cases,induced abortion, 18cases and drug abortion,60cases.Then sum up and review them. Results Uterine size increased and contour is still regular.Irregularly high echo conglomeration can be detected in uterine cavities in 53 cases, strips of high echo area can be seen in 40 cases,irregularly low echo area can be detected in 12cases ,unorderly echo and echofree area can be found out in uterine cavities in 21cases..All the patients were confirmed by pathologic examination after curettage. Conclusion 2D ultrasound and colour Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) appear to have important value for diagnosing incomplete abortion.
