| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者清晨唾液皮质醇的水平及肾上腺皮质功能的变化.方法:将观察对象分为MS组与健康对照组,比较两组清晨醒时空腹唾液皮质醇水平的差异.结果:MS组的清晨唾液皮质醇水平比健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:MS患者的清晨唾液皮质醇水平有升高,可作为诊断依据.
