| 摘 要： | 分段诊断性刮宫是传统的诊断子宫内膜癌的有效方法,随着对子宫内膜癌研究的不断深入,2009年FIGO对子宫内膜癌重新分期,分段诊断性刮宫的作用已引起广泛关注和思考,该文阐述了分段诊断性刮宫对子宫内膜癌诊断、术前评估以及预后的作用,重新再认识分段诊断性刮宫的意义.
