| 摘 要： | 目的:观察大剂量生大黄与普通剂量生大黄在中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute paucreatitis,SAP)的疗效对比.方法:将35例SAP患者分为两组,其中18例采用大剂量生大黄治疗(大剂量组),17例采用普通剂量生大黄治疗(普通剂量组),并进行疗效比较.结果:两组患者在72 h内及7d时行Ranson和APACHEⅡ评分分值均明显减少(P＜0.01),大剂量组在第一次自主排便时间( 1.25±0.44)d及腹痛缓解时间(11.07±8.05)d较普通剂量组第一次自主排便时间(2.56± 1.96)d及腹痛缓解时间(12.1+7.7)d时间缩短.结论:大剂量大黄治疗SAP在缓解腹胀及腹痛方面疗效好,可推广使用.
