| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨消化性溃疡合并出血的治疗和护理措施.方法:将70例消化性溃疡并出血患者的治疗及心理、饮食、药物护理方法等进行回顾性分析.结果:内科治愈66例(94.28％),3例转外科手术治疗(6.72％),1例患者死亡(1.44％).结论:积极正确的治疗和良好的护理,可提高临床治愈率及生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the treatment and nursing measures of peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage.Methods:70 inpatients suffering from peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage from January 2008 to December 2009 were performed the retrospective analysis in aspects of treatment,mentality,diet,medication and nursing measures.Results:66 cases were cured by internal medicine(94.28%),3 cases were converted to surgical treatment(6.72%),1 case died(1.44%).Conclusion:The clinical cure rate and life quality can be... |
