| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)患者血清HBV PreS1-Ag、HBV-DNA、HBeAg之间的相关性及临床意义.方法:60例慢乙肝患者均为HBsAg阳性,用全自动酶免仪检测HBV PreS1-Ag及HBeAg,用PCR法检测HBV-DNA.结果:60例HBsAg阳性慢乙肝患者中,HBV PreS1-Ag的检出率为58.3％,HBV-DNA的检出率为61.6％,HBeAg的检出率为35％.HBV PreS1-Ag的检出率明显高于HBeAg的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；HBV-DNA的检出率亦明显高于HBeAg的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；HBVPreS1 -Ag和HBV-DNA的检出率相似,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:HBV PreS1-Ag和HBV-DNA在乙肝患者血清中有相似的检出率,较HBeAg更能反映乙肝患者血液中HBV的复制情况.
