摘    要:目的:探讨何首乌防治骨质疏松的研究进展.方法:参阅中外相关文献进行总结归纳,对何首乌的药理研究、历史回顾、临床应用、物质基础、防治骨质疏松机制、应用展望六个方面进行综合性论述,方便各学者及时获得有关何首乌的研究进展信息.结果:大量理论依据证实何首乌有抗骨质疏松作用,此方面的基础药理研究证据也较充足,但是临床研究证据、作用机理研究以及针对此症状的复方制剂都比较缺乏,而且大多数何首乌制剂的炮制提取,生产工艺、剂型都比较落后,导致药妓低、使用不方便等缺点.结论:何首乌有良好的抗骨质疏松症作用,但是须在制剂工艺、剂型和机制研究中进一步深入研究.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the research advances on Polygonum multiflorum′s effect to prevent and treat osteoporosis.Methods:Consulting the literatures at home and abroad,the pharmacological researches,history review,clinical application,material foundation,application prospect and mechanism of curing osteoporosis are reviewed,which can help researchers to get the information about the research advances in Polygonum multiflorum conveniently.Results:A lot of theoretical bases have confirmed that Polygonum multiflorum has anti-osteoporosis effects.And it has abundant evidences on the basic pharmacological research,but lack of the evidence on the clinical research,the research of interaction mechanism and compound preparation toward this syndrome.And that,the processing,productive technology and dosage form of most Polygonum multiflorum preparations are so unadvanced,which brings low efficiency and inconvenience to patients.Conclusion:Polygonum multiflorum has good anti-osteoporosis effect,but the productive technology,dosage form and interaction mechanism should be studied further.
