| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT (multisice spiral computed tomograph,MSCT)对气管支气管异物诊断的价值.方法:对17例可疑气管支气管异物患者行MSCT平扫及三维重建,并与支气管镜下手术结果对比,分析MSCT对支气管异物的显示情况及诊断价值.结果:17例患者均获清晰图像,与手术基本一致.结论:MSCT及图像后处理技术在气管支气管异物诊断中具有重要的临床应用价值.
